Pour l'instant on ne connait pas grand chose à part le titre de l'album et les dates de la tournée. Ça devrait sortir en janvier 2018.
MACHINE HEAD ANNOUNCE WORLD TOUR FOR UPCOMING ALBUM, CATHARSIS
It's been far too long since we've demolished venues in America, we have had an awesome and productive break writing our new album "Catharsis", but now it's time for Machine Head to go melt some faces!! The reaction to our last "Evening With" tours in America were nothing short of incredible, so once again these dates will be "Evening With" and will see us performing 2 1/2 to 3 hours every night with no opening bands.
We LOVED performing as an “Evening With” for you Head Cases, and you guys loved it as well, the freedom to do whatever the fuck we wanted for as long as we wanted every night was liberating. It's not what everyone else is doing, and frankly, there are not a lot of bands who could even pull it off, but Machine Head CAN pull it off, and we are excited as fuck to do it again. We are carving our own path here, playing by our own rules, and as an artist, it's the best feeling in the world!
No festivals period, no 45 minute slots, no supporting some stupid DJ, no parking lots in a rain storm, The Head will only be "Headlining", so come on down and rage!!
MACHINE HEAD recently wrapped up recording their 9th full-length album with Zack Ohren (FALLUJAH, ALL SHALL PERISH) at Sharkbite Studios in Oakland, CA. An official release date has yet to be confirmed, but a Jan. 2018 release is expected. More details to follow shortly.
MACHINE HEAD will also be offering an extremely limited number of VIP Packages in 2 tiers at www.machinehead.vip.

J'espère que c'est pas la future pochette, ce truc. Parce que dans le genre cliché... on se croirait revenu à la grande époque du Neo.
M'enfin, vu que Flynn a dit que l'album se rapprocherait de The Burning Red, ça se tient.
Il va être chanmé, ce disque !
J'ai surligné au Stabylo tout le mois de Janvier dans mon agenda Poivre Blanc, et après les cours, je suis allé à la FNAC pour réserver mon exemplaire.
J'espère qu'avant que ça sorte, on verra un nouveau clip sur MTV !

Aujourd’hui, en banlieue parisienne, il y avait des élevages de dromadaires, il y avait des vignes. Le désert grignotait les pieds de l’Espagne et du Portugal. Et les deux frigidaires terrestres, l’arctique et l’antarctique, ils servaient maintenant d’élevage de bovins sur terre ferme. Ils avaient tout salopé. Tout pollué. Tout bouffé, tout niqué, les nappes phréatiques, les terres, l’air, niqué les montagnes, aujourd’hui hérissées de structures métalliques inutiles, des tire-fesses, des télésièges, des stations de ski, tout ça abandonné, parce qu’il n’y avait plus de putain de NEIGE.

Si un jour j’ai un gosse, je le tuerai pour qu’il ne vive pas cet enfer.

Je vais leur laissr une chance, le précédent était ... Le truc le plus oubliable que je connaisse de l'histoire de la musique.
Mais j'adore le groupe. Et ils n'ont encore jamais fait deux daubes à la suite (pour moi).

MACHINE HEAD's ninth full-length album, "Catharsis" was recorded with Zack Ohren (FALLUJAH, ALL SHALL PERISH) at Sharkbite Studios in Oakland, California.
MACHINE HEAD's latest track, "Is There Anybody Out There?", cracked the Top 40 on the Active Rock chart in the United States in August 2016. It marked the first time any Nuclear Blast artist has entered what is widely considered to be the "official rock chart" for the United States, and only the the third time the band had charted in the Top 40 in their illustrious career.

Tous les petits bouts que je viens d'écouter sont déjà plus mémorables que n'importe quel titre de Bloodstones & Diamonds, c'est déjà rassurant.
Djent .. oui, ça sonne vaguement comme ça oui, après comme l'avait déjà dit Pingouin y a des années, ce groupe est une vraie girouette.

Aujourd’hui, en banlieue parisienne, il y avait des élevages de dromadaires, il y avait des vignes. Le désert grignotait les pieds de l’Espagne et du Portugal. Et les deux frigidaires terrestres, l’arctique et l’antarctique, ils servaient maintenant d’élevage de bovins sur terre ferme. Ils avaient tout salopé. Tout pollué. Tout bouffé, tout niqué, les nappes phréatiques, les terres, l’air, niqué les montagnes, aujourd’hui hérissées de structures métalliques inutiles, des tire-fesses, des télésièges, des stations de ski, tout ça abandonné, parce qu’il n’y avait plus de putain de NEIGE.

Si un jour j’ai un gosse, je le tuerai pour qu’il ne vive pas cet enfer.
